Responsibilities
This resource will be part of the DSAR Team to work on requests received via various channels. This position handles approx. 1250 cases per month without which it will impact our customers approach & will also lead to increase in delayed responses, escalations & have a reputation risk to the company. Revenue loss if not hired and risk to service.
