Agents are staffed to handle inbound inquiries 24x7x365 to include providing technical support for merchant terminals, assisting with banking and bill pay, preventing bank card fraud or supporting bank services. Additionally, Fiserv is a world-class provider of collection services on an inbound and outbound call basis. Our collectors support clients such as retailers, grocers and financial institutions to effectively recover losses easily and quickly.
