Job Purpose:
What does a great Professional Services Manager do?
As Manager of the Professional Services team for Deposit Liquidity Solutions, you will help Fiserv to provide our customers with a balanced set of options that help them meet their immediate needs, while maintaining regulatory compliance and increasing noninterest income. The solutions within this portfolio include Deposit Line, Immediate Funds and SmarterPay. The Manager role is key in ensuring we delivery quality solutions to our customers, and we continue to improve our processes to reduce cost and improve speed to market!

• Using diplomacy and the authority to influence or determine outcome or resolutions.
• Identifying and coordinating resources across business lines to achieve objectives and meet client needs.
• Pinpoint resources and develop opportunities for staff to expand knowledge and skills into a focused project management organization.
• Evaluates employee performance on difficult work assignments and recommend development opportunities as necessary.
• Demonstrates the ability to outline a basic strategy for incorporating and instilling the company's vision and mission, goals and/or objectives.
• Runs workflow/approvals of projects within Fiserv tools.
• Establish client standards for implementations/projects.
• Provide client reporting/updates at business reviews.
• Makes complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using high degree of initiative and independent judgment.

• Adapts different possibilities to build and lead a new course of action
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 5+ years progressive management experience, including large-scale program and project management and personnel management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Project and or Microsoft Project Server
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Proven problem solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
• PMP and/or PMP preferred.
• Strong financial industry knowledge.
• Understanding of Deposit solutions.
