What does a great ACH Product Manager do?

- Research end user needs, define feature requirements, execute with engineers, and commercialize across personas
- Define your product's strategy and turn it into an executable roadmap for the development team
- Work with the product and development teams to successfully release new features
- Work with cross-functional teams within Development, Business, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- Leverage data to gain insights and hypothesize on how to best innovate and improve our platform for our customers
- Dive into the weeds to figure out how to improve a user flow, but at the same time, understanding how pieces fit at the 10,000 ft view
- Manage various stakeholders with competing priorities who operate at all levels of the organization

As a Senior Financial Software Product Manager you can look forward to:

- Owning the strategy and roadmap for software solutions that are widely adopted in the payments industry
- Managing a suite of payments products that span payment acceptance and portfolio management solutions
- Evaluating emerging payments-related trends, technologies and vendors that can help transform the experience of all product stakeholders

- Has a track record of using data to influence requirements, design and implementation

Basic qualifications for consideration:

- 7+ years in Product Management, Consulting, Product Operations, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus)
- Experience with product management softwares (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with wire-framing tools (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch)
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead sophisticated projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships

Preferred Qualifications for consideration:

- Financial Technology, Payments, ACH, Banking, or Financial Services industry experience
- Agile development experience
- People management experience
- Design thinking methods
- Minimal travel required. One to three domestic trips per year.
