The Integration Engineer is responsible for providing senior technical contribution on design, solution, deploy and validate with client. This role requires an extensive level of technical expertise with product installs and upgrades, Virtualization, Bash/Python Scripting, Oracle databases, Golden Gate, Data Guard, Networking, Linux, Java and middleware. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and an authoritative presence that can propose solutions and work with the customer to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
• Front line representation to assigned customers for all Digital products during all phases starting from pre-sale to final implementation
• Interfaces with cross-functional technical stakeholders to gather non-functional requirements with platform architecture, security, compliance, infrastructure, application support, and release management.
• Understand the platform and connectivity needs of the Unified Digital platform and contribute to ongoing scripting/automation.
• Deploy application and test the deployed end to end solution with client and internal
• Drive Deployment, Monitoring and other required operational changes. Automate all day to day activities following the standard automation framework.
• Drive meetings; influence and motivate without authority and get the best out of directs, peers, and management
• Good intra & inter-team communication around timelines, progress, and priorities; managing local versus global priorities for team
• Lead deployment of projects and act as a point of escalation to help resolve any issues
• Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, implementation, or support of complex application architectures preferably in the financial domain
• Excellent Knowledge and experience on Python and Bash scripting
• Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices
• Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail
• Execution and delivery-oriented
• Comfortable with ambiguity, context switching between different types of work (administrative, people, project, operations, etc)
• Strongly believe in Influence over authority
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in computer science, information systems or a related field of study
