As a product marketer, a lot of my responsibility is around the go-to-market activities of a new or existing product. Our goal is to increase awareness of the product; make sure that we’re educating our clients about the value, why they should get it, how is it going to help their end-users. What does a great Service Manager III do?

This critical position will be part of a client facing team that supports several large financial service firms in the Wealth Management Industry.  The role will establish and maintain internal relationships within Tegra118 and more importantly establish and maintain external client relationships that drive client and customer satisfaction.  You will be part of the Client Services organization and will be responsible with working with a team to manage client inquiries, manage client specific projects, and participate and lead client facing calls. In addition, the role requires you to work with internal teams to review, and analyze, and provide clients with consultative solutions that address their business needs.

You can look forward to:

  • Developing and/or maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients.

  • Researching complex customer and internal inquiries using existing company resources.

  • Responding to technical and product inquiries as the first level of support.

  • Maintaining changes and updates to customer information.

  • Preparing customer-specific reports and analyzing existing reports and system information and error documentation to identify sensitive client impact.

  • Proposing action plans to reduce specific client impact.

  • Creatively, accurately and consistently gathering data through effective steps.

  • Providing excellent insight and knowledge of APL applications including scenario-based training and testing

  • Providing and understanding the business landscape and identify efficiencies with the client that help further drive business

  • Managing project schedules and producing quality outcomes

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 5 + years of financial services experience

  • Experience and knowledge in financial services/wealth management industry

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of APL preferred

Travel required:

  • Approximately 15%
