What does an extraordinary Sr. Sales Executive do?

Do you enjoy seeking out leads and closing large near seemingly impossible deals? Are you an authority in the payments space ready to build your market?

You will be responsible for generating demand and driving new logo sales bookings for Fiserv through direct sales of Fiserv’s electronic payment services targeted to high-volume verticals and use cases within designated territory, primarily the West Coast. Performance will be factored against sales quota and solid lead generation. Effective communication, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills will be paramount for success. You are responsible for new client acquisition and meeting revenue objective via self-generated leads. Also, will follow up on leads generated by Fiserv’s digital demand generation team.

In this role you can look forward to:

  • Working with our E-Payments Sales Team, selling the Digital Payments SDK and Digital Disbursements non banking clients, developing new client relationship opportunities within your assigned target market.
  • Developing and executing long and short-range sales plans to meet and exceed sales objectives as established by the leadership team.
  • Handling client pricing, developing and presenting client proposals and demonstrations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Working with internal legal resources in the negotiation of new agreements with prospective clients.
  • Crafting and executing strategies to implement lead generation initiatives targeted at prospective new mortgage lending clients.

In addition to the responsibilities above we are also looking forward to you identifying and leading participation in appropriate trade organizations and industry conferences, attending as needed, gaining and communicating competitive product information from the field, and acting as an information resource to all internal functional areas including sales support, marketing and product management.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • You have 2 or more years of experience selling payments solutions to enterprise accounts
  • You have confirmed abilities to consistently achieve multi-million dollar sales quotas
  • Experience running $20MM+ TCV pipeline and multi-month sales processes
  • You demonstrate capabilities in leading efforts of opportunities, working cross-functionally and interacting at all levels of the organization

Preferred qualifications for consideration

  • 6+ years experience selling payments solutions to enterprise accounts
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working in FinTech or a large matrixed organization
