Following the completion of training and a period of time in the position, if you meet or exceed performance expectations, you may have the option for Work from home flexibility. You should be able to effectively operate a computer-based phone system and have medium to high proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Web browsers such as Chrome and Internet Explorer, etc. You’ll also need to be comfortable entering information into appropriate computer databases. Supporting our clients will also be a fun part of your job! You’ll take inbound phone calls and use your expertise, and passion for outstanding customer service, to answer  inbound calls from merchant customers, answer questions, assist with researching and resolving issues. We want our customers to receive a WOW experience. We want someone who has the ability to be an active listener and is able to express empathy to the customer. *Training will be M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm for four weeks Upon completing this training schedule, you will revert to your normal schedule*

Basic requirements for consideration:

Flexible Schedule

One year customer service experience

Experience with internet navigation and technology.

Spanish speaking Bilingual

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with an online bill pay service.

Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more.

One year of Call Center experience
