Principal Issuing Industry Consultant - Fraud, Rewards and Consumer Experience

What does a successful Principal Issuing Industry Consultant - Fraud, Rewards and Consumer Experience do at Fiserv? 

Fiserv is a world-class data and analytics organization delivering the next generation of powerful data insights and decisioning solutions to financial institutions, fintech, consumer/business credit bureaus, government agencies and merchants.  

As a successful Principal Issuing Industry Consultant - Fraud, Rewards and Consumer Experience, you will consult and advise with our clients regarding industry trends and the application of Fiserv's systems in alignment with industry trends and client strategic plans. You will serve a meaningful role in driving Credit Service Administration’s, P&L and client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.

What you will do:

You will contribute to a successful issuer consulting practice resulting in the generation of revenue and retention of Fiserv's clients. You will partner closely with business development, partner management and sales.

  • Maintain and build knowledge of issuer industry trends and best practices in the areas of Fraud, Rewards and Loans.
  • Partner closely with leadership, sales and product teams in selling new consulting engagements.
  • Build and maintain consulting service offerings and consulting tools in alignment with industry trends.
  • Lead and provide quality oversight to engagements and deliverables including data analysis, market correlations and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with account management, sales and product teams to support servicing of clients and improving/maintaining client satisfaction.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.

What would be great to have:

  • Proven experience in credit card fraud, rewards, and/or digital consumer engagement consulting.
  • Proven experience in credit card reward strategies, designs, reporting, analytics and monitoring
  • Proven experience in digital consumer engagement strategies including communication channels, (email and SMS notifications.)
