Senior Manager -Client Management

What does a great Senior Manager- Client Management do?

This role is responsible providing vision and oversight to our Client Implementation and Relationship Management team. From onboarding new clients to our Hardware Solutions products and services to ongoing account management of our internal channel partners. This role will be responsible for providing direction, structure and developing our team of relationship managers; The responsibilities of this team are to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving client complaints. The manager of this team should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work closely with internal Fiserv teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Drive client satisfaction by maintaining overall operational relationship for clients as the key point of contact for researching and resolving issues. 
  • Drive greater visibility across the business of a customer’s priorities and objectives, drive projects and serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams
  • Own establishing department/functional strategic plans and objectives.
  • Own in development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.
  • Use project and people management skills to advance the productivity of the team, while developing a deep bench of strong relationship managers.
  • Performance management of team

What you need to have:

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work/education/military experience
  • 5 years Relationship Management experience
  • Project Management/Process Improvement experience
  • 10 years of Leadership experience (people management experience preferred)
  • Strong experience in process improvement / change management 

What would be great to have:

  • Payment industry experience
  • Experience with Point of Sales Hardware Solutions.
  • Six Sigma experience
