Supervise, direct and monitor deployment operations of all employees on multiple shifts
Direct ownership of day to day people management, inclusive of performance evaluations; onboarding and corrective action plans
Counsel employees for unwanted behaviors to include documentation of performance
Ensure employees are following company workplace safety and work policies
Effectively communicate with management on key issues across all functions
Continuous review of work throughout the process ensuring procedures are followed and work is performed properly
Set goals and develop strategies to achieve those goals
Project management-ability to identify and effectively oversee projects to completion
Train and develop teammates for career progression and learning
Develop and share best practices across the shifts.
Communicate effectively and have proven organizational skills
Present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ensure safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals are followedBasic Qualifications for Consideration:
Ability to work 11:15 am EST to 7:45 pm EST
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years Management experience in deployment/manufacturing environment
Must have experience in leading people effectively in a team setting and the ability to manage staff
Experience guiding, coaching and giving instruction to individuals
Experience with warehouse management system
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing
