About The Team:

Our team is the dynamic counterpart to CardConnect's engineering organization, shaping the future of payment solutions through innovative products like CardPointe and Co-Pilot. We focus on Core and Growth Apps, facilitating seamless onboarding for new merchants and empowering third-party sellers to revolutionize the selling of payment terminals.

What does a great Product Manager do?

You will research end user needs, define feature requirements, execute with engineers, and commercialize across personas. You'll work with cross-functional teams within Development, Testing, Business, Marketing, Sales, and Operations

What you will do:

• Leverage data to gain insights and hypothesize on how to best innovate and improve our platform for our customers
• Dive into the weeds to figure out how to improve a user flow, but at the same time, understanding how pieces fit at the 10,000 ft view
• Use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships

What you need to have:

• 3-5+ years in Product Management, Consulting, Product Operations, or equivalent (candidates with 2+ years of experience can apply and will be considered for Business Analyst roles on the team)
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus)
• Strong proficiency with product management software (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Strong proficiency with wire-framing tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, etc.)
• Strong project management skills

What would be great to have:

• Financial Technology, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services industry experience
• Agile development experience
• Design thinking methods
