This jobs exists to design, maintain and continuously improve the Forecasting, Scheduling and Capacity Planning systems within Output Solutions - in particular as we integrate and onboard large new client opportunities. This position determines whether new one-time or new business can be accepted for Output Solutions. It is responsible for determining facility, staffing and equipment impact associated with new business and loss of business. This position interacts with senior management positions within Output Solutions and across Output Solutions up to and including the SVP Operations and the Omaha business leader. This position is called upon to make and recommend actions that affect the revenue and profitability of Output Solutions.
Identifies and initiates complex informational and statistical reports for standard management reporting, compensation analysis, or ad hoc requests in support of users, business management, and company executives.
Designs a rolling Production Forecast methodology of future client and product volumes based on historical customer volumes, product mix trends, and input from Finance, Customer Service, Client Forecasts and Operations.
Determines metrics and measurement plans to determine the ongoing variation of the Forecasting, Scheduling and Capacity Planning systems.
Designs and maintains the Production Capacity Planning system which is used to determine facility requirements, equipment requirements, staffing requirements, work schedules, BCP requirements and Materials Management requirements for all Output Solutions facilities.
Makes job scheduling commitments on behalf of Output Solutions for new one-time or ongoing business.
Supplies answers to RFP questions regarding production processes, equipment capabilities and capacities, and SLA commitments.
Analyzes the elements driving specific client/product manufacturing costs including machine throughput efficiency, operator efficiency, job setup, workflow, etc

Performs duties under some supervision, applying appropriate knowledge of principles, practices and procedures.
Years of Experience and/or Education OR Equivalent Military Experience
4 year degree preferred with equivalent experience. 2+ years’ experience in reporting and analytics.
