As a product marketer, a lot of my responsibility is around the go-to-market activities of a new or existing product. Essential Job Responsibilities:  

 The Implementation  Systems Applications Administrator, Associate will be in a client facing position with direct interaction with client technical, operational, product and management resources. Our clients are Financial Institutions (FIs) or ASP providers that utilize Fiserv FRMS products and services. The associate will be in charge of managing difficult cases assigned to him/her, to complete on time, within the correct engagement and communication parameters.The associate will have direct communication with clients, via e-mail, ticketing system, Web Conference and/or telephone, 80-90% of the time.

Job Related Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service, technical support role

    Banking industry knowledge

    Business Mindset

    Good English spoken and written

    Nice to have Financial security background

    On-call support experience

    Good customer support experience

    Good troubleshooting skills

Additional Skills/Knowledge: (Optional)

- Microsoft Office package knowledge

- Windows Server experience

- Strong Customer Service skills

- SQL/Oracle queries writing, understanding.

- Experience in self-managed positions highly desirable
