Business Process Analyst, Consultant

Position Purpose:

As a Business Process Analyst Consultant you will be driving continuous improvement culture change through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy and visible hands-on leadership. You will be involved in ensuring that defined and planned process are properly followed by projects/services in GS Costa Rica, impacting the quality of products we deliver to our customers.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Be involved in meetings with GS Managers to discuss areas of improvements and processes discussions.

Analyze GS Costa Rica team metrics, and suggest and work on opportunities for improvements.

Provide Six Sigma Yellow Belt trainings to GS associates.

Provide support and Six Sigma guidance to other GS teams.

Manage GS processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Systems engineering or Industrial Engineering Bachelor degree. and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience required.
  • Experience in software development companies.
  • Experience with different Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Process Improvement methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Experience in KPI management and development of dashboard performance metrics
  • English level B2

Preferred Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Six Sigma: Green Belt., Black Belt Plus
  • Certifications: Introduction to Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) ver 1.3 Plus
  • ITIL Foundations
