Responsibilities
What does a great Treasury Operations Analyst do?
As a Treasury Operations Analyst you will process daily ACH/Wires and reconcile incoming settlement/fees and adjustments within the back office DDA's related to multiple Systems and alliances, for the Card Brands. Must have ability to analyze root cause for discrepancies to decrease impacts to cardholders and merchants. The Fiserv business continues to grow and need to ensure all SLA timeframes are met with processing of settlement funding to alliance channels.
As a Treasury Operations Analyst you will:
Design, develop, implement, and maintain models for various business applications. Includes data gathering & statistical analysis, model development & enhancements, ongoing maintenance, etc.
Understand current business procedures, problems with those current procedures, and recommend possible solutions that use predictive modeling technology.
This includes data gathering and exploration, research into current industry trends, and what competitors might be doing.
Analyst should be knowledgeable and trained on all roles within current team and provide minimum coverage if needed.
Problem identification.

Analysts will collaborate routinely with team staff to maintain relationships and be aware of coverage.
Primary contact for manager for any process issues
Process integration and migration focus
Supporting off hour initiatives such as association releases, projects, etc.
Lead Team Meetings and Plan Agenda
Knowledge of overall settlement processing across all platforms
Networking with businesses and IT for project initiatives
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years Banking experience and knowledge of back-end processing systems
Analytical skills
Ability to problem solve
Knowledge of the different card brands, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, etc.
Ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, Visio, SharePoint
