What does a great Boarding Technology Manager do?
You will be part of Fiserv’s dedication to delivering modern, competitive, portal and reporting experiences that anticipate the needs and surpass the expectations of customers. We are looking for a client-focused Product Manager to lead our direct and joint venture partners through our Enterprise Portal & Reporting strategy and solution set. You'll have significant interaction with the company’s leadership, clients and partners, which requires strong communication skills.
As a Boarding Technology Manager, you can look forward to:
o Driving the process to communicate to key partner stakeholders current roadmap, issues, and upcoming changes in experiences.
o Being accountable for the successful end-to-end commercialization new product changes within our partners current framework.
o Analyzing various client data input, determine key themes and possible courses of action
o Knowing the client by talking with client facing employees and conducting research
o Communicating the overall Enterprise segment Portal & Reporting strategies, collate ideas from partners and determine which ones are feasible and advise them to the appropriate product manager
o Understanding how tools improve or negatively impact the client experience
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- 6+ years leading product management and/or product marketing efforts
- Experience communicating with senior leaders, external clients and partners
- Experience with cross-functional leadership skills with partnership across functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills and the ability to influence large, diverse groups through fact-based analysis and decision-making
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated passion and experience leading change and encouraging teams to deliver a coordinated and high-quality client experience
- Understanding of payments and Enterprise client segments
- Understanding of call center handling for product support
- Experience with Microsoft Office product suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA
Travel required: 10%
