As a product marketer, a lot of my responsibility is around the go-to-market activities of a new or existing product. Our goal is to increase awareness of the product; make sure that we’re educating our clients about the value, why they should get it, how is it going to help their end-users. We attend tradeshows, produce collateral, brochures, PowerPoints and anything we need to enable our sales team to talk to clients about our products. What does a great Client Product Support Representative do?

As the Client Product Support Representative you will work with very experienced, respected and knowledgeable people in the financial industry. You can expect to have responsibility such as supporting our clients (Financial Institutions) who utilize Fiserv’s “leading edge” banking products. You will provide application support by consulting with our clients on the functionality and optimal use of the products and strive for positive results.

  • You will support Financial Crimes and Risk Management (FCRM) Products.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Meet or exceed targeted goal of client satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues and offer clients a successful system
  • Assist Product Development with Quality assurance of software changes

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • One to three years in a customer service and/or customer facing role.
  • High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in business highly preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry or customer service as a personal banker, or deposit servicing, customer information, general ledger, or operations
  • Posses financial banking expertise, business understanding and high standards
  • Improve the client experience that will drive business results.
  • Customer Orientation in a dynamic and positive environment
  • Be an effective communicator, build client trust, posses initiative / decision-making skills
  • Seek issue resolution by utilizing analytical thinking

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Experience in an operational area of a financial institution is highly desirable
