Job Description
What does and exceptional Director of Client Solutions Consulting do?

The Director, Client Solutions Consulting interacts primarily with Fiserv’s largest and most complex core processing customers and is an advisory and consulting role.  In this role, you will interact with Bank line of business management and C-level leadership to understand bank culture, strategy and business needs.   You will oversee Fiserv Consultants who work with Fiserv product, technology and sales leads to recommend technology solutions and deployment strategies that provide the most benefit to prospects and customers.  You will also engage with all Fiserv’s core processing systems and various Fiserv product companies to bring complete banking solutions to our customers. In this role, you will develop broad knowledge of all Fiserv’s major products and become a major contributor to the successful acquisition and management of Fiserv’s largest customers.  You will have an opportunity to engage with product management, development, customer service and relationship management as well as build valued and trusted relationships with the leadership of our largest customers.

You can look forward to:

Engaging with Sales Executives and Account Processing product line resources to strengthen our external product positioning and drive sales.

Coordinating and managing the activities of the consultant team to support the sales process.

Implementing strategies to maintain current and consistent presentation materials and the creation of presentation documents for client meetings and general sales initiatives.

Securing additional revenue with new or existing clients by supporting the sale of products and services.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

Minimum of 7 years’ combined experience with banking and banking technology.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role within a mid-sized bank or business management experience in IT financial services.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to work on several high level complex projects at any given time with dynamic deadlines.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting

Minimum of 10 years’ combined experience in banking and banking technology.

Leadership role within a mid-sized bank as CTO, CIO or VP of IT.

Knowledge of Fiserv products.

Travel required:

Percentage/frequency of travel 50%
