Job Title

German Speaking Customer Service Agent

What does a successful Customer Service Agent do?

  • In this role of a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will collaborate closely with our existing team in Germany, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

What will you do:

  • Handling Telephone calls and providing written support regarding card payment terminals and ATMs

  • Solving customer inquiries of a technical nature

  • Carrying out error analysis

  • Scheduling of service technicians and terminal exchange orders

  • Permanent review and optimisation of existing work processes

What you will need to have:

  • Excellent customer service experience (preferably Call centre experience)

  • Enjoy direct and indirect customer contact

  • Fluent/Advanced in German (verbal & written)

What would be great to have:

  • Knowledge of English desirable, preferably a second foreign language / multilingual is beneficial (e.g. Dutch, French, Italian, Turkish)
