As a Quality Assurance Engineer/Analyst you will have to work within a team of 4 developers and 2 automation QAs to make sure the requirements from the client (located in the US) are fully verified and validated once implemented through a continuous agile process on each sprint, by following industry’s Automation best practices and using the latest web technologies to build a robust, scalable and user-friendly data warehouse-enabled web application. A great candidate for this position:

Is responsible for quality standards and procedures, quality assessment of SDLC artifacts; software test planning (customer), software testing, test cycle management. Design, implementation, and measurement of quality techniques and standards related to the quality of and alignment to conformity of products and services. Participates in the Functional and UI design process as required, providing mentorship and consultancy to team members and project stakeholders. Provides recommendations to walkthroughs of Functional and Technical specifications and assist in the process of refining work estimates. Presents information effectively in communications with peers and management regarding team progress, roadblocks and general feedback. Works successfully in a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to help team members in achieving their project assignments and meeting delivery commitments with our client.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High school diplomas is a must. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar career is a plus
  • +5 years of hands-on experience with Selenium for Automated QA test implementation, Microsoft Test Manager, Visual Studio Team Foundation Server and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or greater.
  • Experience designing, planning and executing application testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality throughout all stages of application development.
  • Advanced English Level (85% or B2 equivalent)

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education (plus):

  • ISTQB or related certification.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional MCSA Web Applications
  • Experience working with ASP.NET web applications
