Ein erfolgreicher Senior Business Analyst in dieser Rolle konzentriert sich auf drei Hauptbereiche: Business Process Management, Auditunterstützung und Risikomanagement. Sie werden Geschäftsprozesse analysieren und dokumentieren, um die Einhaltung von SDLC-Standards sicherzustellen. Sie werden als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Audits fungieren, Ergebnisse verwalten und regelmäßige Managementberichte erstellen. Darüber hinaus werden Sie die Bemühungen im Risikomanagement unterstützen, indem Sie mit Interessengruppen zusammenarbeiten, um Risiken zu mindern und die IT-Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Insgesamt wird Ihr Fachwissen in der IT-Entwicklung, internationale Kommunikation und Projektmanagement unserem Fiserv-Team ermöglichen, Innovationen voranzutreiben und einen bedeutenden Einfluss auf unsere Organisation zu haben.

Was Sie tun werden:

  • Detaillierte Analyse und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen innerhalb des SDLC erstellen.
  • Audit-sichere Prozesskontrollen und Compliance-Nachweise erstellen.
  • Pflege eines umfassenden Dokumentenarchivs für Prozesse und Entwicklungswerkzeuge.
  • Als primärer Ansprechpartner für das EMEA SDLC-Supportteam und die Analyse/Dokumentation von Änderungsanforderungen fungieren.
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für die gesamte CIO Germany Organisation für alle internen und externen Audits (einschließlich aller internen Audits, PCI, ISAE, ISO27001, Kritis, DORA, BaFin IT-Audits, Kundenaudits).
  • Bereitstellung angeforderter Nachweise für Prüfer unter Koordination der Abteilungsmitarbeiter.
  • Überwachung, Managementberichterstattung und zeitnahe Schließung von Prüfungsergebnissen; einschließlich MAP-Erstellung und -verarbeitung.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Expertenwissen über das Fachgebiet und technische Prozesse, Vorschriften und übliche Verfahren bei kartengestützten Zahlungstransaktionen.
  • Ausgezeichnete Erfahrung mit Managementstrukturen in internationalen Unternehmen (idealerweise US-Unternehmen und Matrixstrukturen).
  • Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung in Business-Prozessanalyse/-engineering, Qualitätsmanagementsystemen, Qualitätssicherung in der Softwareentwicklung, Projektmanagementverfahren, IT-Projektmanagement, Durchführung von Prozessaudits, IT-Risikomanagementverfahren.
  • Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich (EFR C1).

What does a successful Senior Business Analystdo?

A successful Senior Business Analyst in this role focuses on three main areas: Business Process Management, Audit Support, and Risk Management. You will analyse and document business processes, ensuring compliance with SDLC standards. You will serve as a central point of contact for audits, managing findings and providing regular management reporting. Additionally, you will support risk management efforts by collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure IT security. Overall, your expertise in IT development, international communication, and project management will enable our Fiserv team to drive innovation and make a significant impact across our organisation.

What you will do:

  • Create detailed analysis and documentation of business processes within SDLC.
  • Establish audit-proof process controls and compliance evidence creation.
  • Maintenance of a comprehensive document archive for processes and development tools.
  • Act as primary contact for EMEA SDLC support team and change request analysis/documentation.
  • Central contact for the entire CIO Germany organization for all internal and external audits (including all internal audits, PCI, ISAE, ISO27001, Kritis, DORA, BaFin IT audits, customer audits)
  • Provision of requested evidence to auditors, coordinating with department employees.
  • Monitoring, management reporting, and timely closure of audit findings; including MAP creation and processing.

What you will need to have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Expert knowledge of the subject matter and technical processes, regulations, and usual procedures in card-based payment transactions
  • Excellent experience with management structures in international companies (ideally US companies and matrix structures)
  • In-Depth  practical experience in Business process analysis/engineering, Quality management systems, Quality assurance in software development, Project management procedures, Management of IT projects, Conducting process audits, IT risk management procedures
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written (EFR C1)
