As a product marketer, a lot of my responsibility is around the go-to-market activities of a new or existing product. Our goal is to increase awareness of the product; make sure that we’re educating our clients about the value, why they should get it, how is it going to help their end-users. We attend tradeshows, produce collateral, brochures, PowerPoints and anything we need to enable our sales team to talk to clients about our products. Diese Hauptaufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Verantwortlich für den Direktvertrieb einer Point of Sales-Lösung in einer geographisch definierten Region 

  • Eigenständige Neukundengewinnung insbesondere im Bereich des stationären Facheinzelhandels 

  • Kaltakquise und Bearbeitung warmer Leads 

  • Analyse und Erfassung von Kundenanforderungen und Angebot passgenauer Lösungen 

  • Generierung von Vertragsabschlüssen 

  • Aufbau und Pflege einer Interessenten- /Kundendatenbank 

  • Auf- und Ausbau von Marktanteilen bzw. Marktpotenzialen und Verantwortung für die Realisierung der Zielvorgaben 

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den übrigen Fachabteilungen 

Diese Anforderungen bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Neukundenakquise im direkten Vertrieb mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen, ggf. mit erster Führungserfahrung 
  • Idealerweise Einzelhandelserfahrung im Verkauf und Organisation um den Kassenplatz 
  • Überzeugender Gesprächspartner bei Einzelhändlern; kontakt- und verhandlungsstark 
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge im Vertragsabschluss 
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Eigenmotivation 
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten und unternehmerisches Denken 
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Kreativität 
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien 
  • Reisebereitschaft 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen 
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. EFR C1/C2); gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
