What does a great  Application Analyst do at Fiserv?

We are looking for a mid level candidate for this role to work with our implementation team. We need someone who is hands on in application development and  object oriented development.

As member of the Implementation team, will be involved in implementing e-commerce, payment processing, point-of-sale, and supplier collaboration solutions that improve customers’ ability to do business.

This job has a lot of variety. Each day you will be working on operational tasks.

You’re the kind of person who can:

  • Implement the Product for Customer
  • Get detailed requirements from the Customer
  • Provide an input to create Technical and Functional specifications based on customers’ requirements
  • Develop new functions as requested by Customer
  • Coordinate with Developers on code changes
  • Schedule Weekly Status call
  • Generate and Distribute Minutes of the Weekly Status calls
  • Deployment of Application to Customer’s Staging and Production environments
  • Coordinate with QA team to test functionality

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelors Degree or high school diploma/GED

Minimum of five years technical experience

• Minimum of 2 years of SQL

•Experience and foundation with SaaS software applications as a Senior .Net developer is required

•Minimum of two years of knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005/2008

•Minimum of two years of strong Object-Oriented development skills and unit/code testing experience

•Must have browser application development (ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, Entity Framework 5.0, C#.Net, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, JQuery and CSS3)

Preferred Skills for Consideration:

Familiarity with other databases like Oracle and DB2 is a plus.

•Familiarity with any ERP systems like SAP and JDE is a plus

MS Dynamics experience is a big help

•Familiarity with ecommerce application and integration with payment gateway is a big plus

•Experience in eCommerce or Payment products is a big plus

•Masters degree in Computer Science preferred

Travel required: up to  10% travel once COVID 19 restrictions are released

Candidates must hold US Citizenship or Green Card
