We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Sales Director, to join our team in Clonskeagh, Dublin, to be part of our next generation of commerce infrastructure, services and analytics to support continued growth and customer delight.

Responsibilities:

Included in the role but not limited to;

·This is a revenue quota-carrying direct sales role (“Hunter”), responsible for identifying and delivering new sales opportunities across EMEA, and meeting and exceeding individual sales revenue targets.

·Grow top line revenue across EMEA by selling Fiserv’s new “Acquiring as a Service” offering, covering acquiring processing, outsourced acquiring business processes, value-added merchant processing services, and Fiserv consulting expertise.

·Main target segments will be FinTechs with an ecommerce-first and mobile-first orientation, including Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions, ISVs, Payment Facilitators, Merchant Service Providers, and other non-bank acquirers looking to enter card acquiring or to upgrade their current acquiring capabilities by adding Fiserv technology, operational support, or VAS.

·Develop and execute detailed go to market strategies that deliver business growth and incremental revenue to Fiserv.

·Develop and refine pricing models and contract frameworks that meet the collective objectives of Fiserv.

·Interpret internal and external market intelligence and information sources to identify new business opportunities.

·Provide up to date and accurate sales pipeline information in Fiserv’s CRM system.

·Develop and manage business account plans for the designated opportunity portfolio.

Requirements

·Minimum of 10 years of international sales experience preferably in the merchant payments and/or ecommerce fields.

·A solid understanding of Merchant Acquiring – Specific familiarity with Acquiring Processing is a plus.

·Extensive contacts at Fintechs and in target segments: PSPs, EMIs, PFACs, ISVs, ISOs, Payment Institutions, shopping platforms, etc.

·Ability to successfully manage sales deals through the sales process, negotiation, and contract signature, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to engage with all stakeholders, internal, external, Executive Management and Corporate leaders.

·Strong negotiation skills delivering both-win results and fostering long-term client-partner relationships

·Strong business analysis and financial acumen

·Demonstrated self- management skills, including a proven ability to work independently, to deadlines, set project plans, and deliver results on-time, as promised

·Ability to navigate and manage relationships within and across large, multi-cultural organisations

·Strong attention to detail; extremely organized and precise in work and communication

·Dynamic, adaptable and flexible, with an established record of direct sales success and managing sales team members to success.

·High energy; able to juggle a large number of tasks effectively

·The highest ethical standards

·The ability to work both independently and collaboratively; be a thoughtful business partner

Qualifications

·Fluency in English (other language advantageous)
