·Include managing, developing, and supervising staff. 

·Perform human resource administrative duties bonus objectives, performance evaluations, reviews, interviews etc. Develop and maintain relationships with senior Accounting and Finance personnel for various Alliances. 

·The individual will be responsible for reviewing journal entries that get recorded into the general ledger, account analysis, reporting of risk and opportunities.  Various reporting requirements including monthly balance sheet variance, Tax, SOX, MRC and Audit. 

·Lead and/or manage in the monthly close process, including review of balance sheet and contract related journal entries, all accruals and other expenses. 

·Act as liaison between finance, operations accounting, settlement ops, and cash management. 

·Be able to identify and resolve issues and initiate, investigate, and identify process improvements
