What does a great Director Enterprise Risk, Control, & Compliance (ERCC) (Fiserv Output Solutions) do?
This position is an excellent opportunity to take existing skills and grow your career in risk management and compliance through broad exposure to various risk and control areas.
The Enterprise Risk, Control, & Compliance (ERCC) Director will report to the Output Solutions Risk & Compliance Officer and provide audit, risk, compliance, and special project support to the Fiserv Output Solutions business unit teams including Client Services, Operations, and Application Development.

As a Director Enterprise Risk, Control, & Compliance (ERCC) (Fiserv Output Solutions) you can look forward to:

  • Supporting leaders of the ERCC team for the Fiserv Output Solutions

  • Assess risks and formulate logical and supportable conclusions in the context of external, authoritative requirements

  • Develop and foster constructive professional relationships        

  • Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders

  • Contribute to a high performance environment with a focus on execution

  • Participate in strategic projects related to the business unit’s audit, risk and compliance posture

  • Participate in select internal improvement and remediation initiatives

  • Work closely with other members of the ERCC team, the Output Solutions teams, Third Part Audit (TPA), external auditors, and clients to help Output Solutions develop and maintain mature risk management, compliance, and information security practices. 

  • This role will manage audit/assessment projects to help establish and monitor compliance with external requirements including PCI-DSS, PCI-Card Production, HIPAA/HITRUST, NIST 800-53, and Fiserv enterprise standards. 

  • The successful candidate must be execution focused, organized and capable of facilitating and organizing projects across various business unit and enterprise-level teams.

  • The ability to establish relationships and credibility with Output Solutions teams, clients, third parties, and Fiserv Enterprise functions will be essential to the individual’s success, as will the ability to supervise and lead other staff in the execution of projects.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience, either in a Fortune 500 internal audit function or professional services firm. 

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP, CFE, PMP, etc.) or the desire and determination to pursue such.

  • A strong understanding of internal control concepts in a technology environment.

  • Working knowledge or technical proficiency related to internal control concepts across some of the following areas:

  • Application Security (including OWASP concepts and application architecture and controls)

  • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning

  • Client Services & Implementations

  • Computer Operations (including capacity, performance, and problem management)

  • Database Administration & Security (including Oracle, Microsoft SQL)

  • Information Security & Data Privacy

  • Network & Infrastructure Architecture and Security (including network segmentation concepts, firewalls, routers, VPN solutions etc.)

  • Physical Security & Data Center Environmental Controls

  • Systems Development (including SDLC, project management and change control methodologies)

  • General understanding of technology regulations and standards (GLBA, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST, etc.) governing tech and financial services industry

  • Experience performing technology or process audits

  • Experience interviewing subject matter experts in order to understand and document processes and technology environments.

  • Knowledge of internal control concepts and frameworks (e.g. COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)

  • Project management experience
