Responsibilities
Position Overview:
The Technical Consultant will act as a technical subject matter expert for client and internal teams on CRM projects (implementations, upgrades, customizations, and data migrations). The individual may be responsible for one or more aspects of a project including, but not limited to, providing application architecture recommendations, installation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, performing simple to complex customizations, UI/backend development, knowledge transfer to clients, and more. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Design architecture to support deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Installation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for clients
• Configure and/or customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet client requirements
• Provide knowledge transfer to clients in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the system
• Provide post go-live support following solution deployment for client reported issues
Required Qualifications / Experience:
•0-5 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience building solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform
• Consulting experience preferred
• Experience with Programming languages – C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript
• Data migration experience and integration mapping with industry tools
• Experience with front end development (HTML 5, CCS 3, JavaScript, JQuery, etc.)
• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with data/system integration tools (KingswaySoft, Scribe, SSIS, etc.)
• Experience configuring and deploying mobile applications, mobile device management solutions
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
• Self-motivated with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical clients and team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consulting experience preferred
• Financial Services industry experience a plus
Travel Required:
• Available to travel up to 15% and occasional work after normal business hours and weekends
