Job Purpose
What does a great Implementations, Client Success Analyst do?
In the role of a trusted advisor, you will assure client satisfaction by maintaining overall quality of newly installed data analytics products and services for clients.  You will work in a consultative way with our customers that we have recently installed new data analytics products for to insure the client is getting the most out of their investment.  Maintain strong working relationships with business leaders throughout the organization. Responsible for day-to-day service issues during the clients installation warranty period, including ownership of the overall issue resolution process and associated internal/external communication; provide executive level reporting on Fiserv performance; uncover opportunities and oversee the implementation of additional products and services which maximize both client and Fiserv develop client solutions to market challenges; lead daily operations for all client specific activities and services; break down barriers vital to assure quality products and services are provided; and institute remedial actions when appropriate to control and eliminate Fiserv and client liability.

• Collaborate with implementation, support, development, and product teams to improve client experience and client satisfaction
• Consult with client post implementation to insure client success and investment benefit
• Involvement in remote and/or on-site software implementations of Data Analytics products
• Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding project updates, ongoing support items, and product implementation services
• Deeply track, organize and document all product implementation and support related activities
• Assist with creation and maintenance of User documentation (hardware / software requirements, end-user technical information, internal procedures, etc.) as needed.
• Develop and maintain a full grasp of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and standard methodologies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
• Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field
• Equivalent work experience may be substituted
• Minimum # years’ experience required: 2+ years in customer facing projects, client support role, or IT service industry
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Workstation and Server operating systems, physical and virtual environments
• Experience with Microsoft SQL/DB2/Data Warehouse tools
• Basic understanding of data communications and LAN/WAN
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
• Possess strong analytical problem-solving ability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (internal and client facing)
• Excellent follow-up skills, attention to detail
• Possess a thorough understand of the Fiserv BI suite of products preferred
• Financial industry experience is beneficial

Travel Required: Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%, as needed

Work Environment: Occasionally required to work evenings and weekends.
