Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Lay groundwork for foundational governance engagement components during Initiation Stage of Client Buying Process (CBP)
• Partner with sales/client partner to define the initial overall scope of the program
• Develop a strong understanding of clients that includes: their business drivers and strategies, competitive position in the marketplace, industry trends, key strategic partner relationships, as well as key executives and decision makers, etc.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to understand their business needs
• Organize, validate, and detail client solution needs
• Serve as delivery representative during initial pursuit and discovery, and as a member and key contributor in internal/external kickoffs
• Facilitate solution and architecture discussions
• Ensure predictable, consistent, repeatable, and successful Solutioning
• Champion the Enterprise Solution Delivery (ESD) process and the effective utilization of best practices in the field through coaching and mentoring to ensure methodology and approach are consistently implemented
• Navigate across the enterprise  and build strong relationships with various leaders internal and external leaders and serve as a single point of escalation during early stages of implementation
• Align sales proposals, client expectations, legal (contract), finance (billing) to ensure the solution is effectively understood by all parties, internal and external
• Ensure a holistic view of the solution and impacts by coordinating with and monitoring all impacted business processes
• Ensure the appropriate Solutioning Documents are created and supplied to delivery team
