We are hiring a Director, Adoption & Analytics to drive the CardHub application adoption and usage and to provide analytical support to the Account Management leadership and others. In this role, you’ll partner closely with teams across the organization, specifically Marketing, Product, Account Management and Sales to develop and execute Adoption programs directly and indirectly through our partners and end-customers. In addition, this is a unique role which requires to work with Product and Engineering teams to design internal and client-facing reporting infrastructure and dashboards, analyze client adoption data, and put in place strategies and recommendations to drive app adoption and usage.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
• 5+ years’ experience leading analysis efforts in support of marketing, account management and sales
• Strong experience with data analytics, and financial modeling

• Bachelors Degree Required
• Experience driving consumer engagement programs for digital products
• Balance of creativity and analytical skills
• Able to prioritize and juggle many projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Salesforce.com experience is a plus
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company is a plus



Responsibilities:
The successful candidate’s core responsibility will be growing Fiserv's CardHub application. This position’s core KPI will be the company’s MRR and ARR.
• Steer ubiquity. Increase the number of registered users and active users.
• Propel usage. Increase usage of all products
• Drive monetization. Increase monetization for transaction business.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to enable clients to drive usage of white labeled mobile apps.
• Lead analytics programs serving both internal (sales performance, commissions, etc.) and external (case studies) stakeholders
• Stay in the know about mobile app marketing best practices.
