What does the Technical Program Manager do?

  • You will lead the effort in building a truly disruptive customer centric product in Card Hub.
  • We are looking for people with a passion and track record for shipping complex new technology.
  • As an experienced change leader navigating uncharted technology advancements you will need to build strong collaborative relationships and calmly manage any associated conflicts along the way.
  • You will be managing multiple scrum teams at a time.
  • You will be responsible for successful outcomes and delivery with laser focus on execution with a keen eye for important details.

What are the Responsibilities of a Program Manager?

  • You should demonstrate high integrity, high energy and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Ship great products under stringent deadlines with distributed team and changing business priorities and ensure customer success.
  • Passion for and proven ability to quickly understand technical concepts across the software stack.
  • Ability to deliver succinct and accurate executive summaries of complicated situations, driving what matters most to customers.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with those across many leading-edge technology areas and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be dynamic to embrace and adopt/manage changes in projects and be able to work in diverse environments with remote team members
  • Identify risks and issues throughout the project, monitor service delivery, and initiate strategies and plans to ensure delivery of high-quality services.

What are the Requirements for the Technical Program Manager?

  • Minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience shipping software, including tracking software delivery process using tracking tools and metrics.
  • Excellent delivery and people management skills. Exceptional leadership skills and proven experience in shaping team culture.
  • Experience working through the SDLC throughout a project.
  • Deliver the product despite complex technical interdependencies with cross geographical teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and high ownership Prior experience with a start-up is preferred
  • Experience in Banking and Card payment is preferred.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar degree from a top tier institution.
