What makes an extraordinary Sales Engineer, Mortgage Director?
Do you have a passion for working with clients and helping them achieve more? You support the sales team as the authority on the Mortgage Director product suite. You will support and maintain our various demonstration environments and deliver live demonstrations to our prospects and Fiserv clients. You'll play a vital role in Fiserv’s growth and success as the industry’s leading real estate Mortgage Origination Solution provider.
Never a dull moment, you will be working independently and in a team environment with associates from many different areas, gaining industry knowledge and exposure to many different areas of Fiserv. Do you have Loan Origination sales engineering expertise? Are you great at diagnosing system issues? This may be a great next step in your career.
You can expect to:
- Provide subject matter expertise for the Sales organization to plan and execute demonstrations that highlight meaningful business functionality, requirements, and industry standards for mortgage lending practices.
- Develop and maintain demonstration environments including analysis and set-up of workflow configuration.
- Identify and document configuration and/or professional service engagements to support client specific needs.
- Support new client transition to implementation team.
- Provide technical content for RFPs.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues to improve overall solution.
Basic qualifications for consideration
- At least 4 years experience in complex technology sales/delivery in the financial services industry- specifically banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders (small to mid-market) within retail, wholesale and corresponding lending channels.
- Experience with SaaS software configuration, delivery, implementation
- Experience with mortgage production process including the selling and supporting of Mortgage Loan Origination Software (LOS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with SQL, Tiered architecture, web service calls and code based statement writing statements a plus
- 8 years Loan Origination System (LOS) sales engineering
