Product Manager - Cloud Services

What does a great Product Manager do?
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to join the Sentry Product Management team and play an instrumental role in shaping the strategy and the cloud managed services roadmap for Sentry.
The right candidate for this job is a strategist who will translate the organization’s high-level vision and goals into actionable tasks. You will set product strategy, prioritize roadmap items, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules and readiness efforts with cross-functional team members.
Communication skills are key to success in this role. You will work with architects and technical stakeholders to define product requirements based on market problems. You will work with product marketing and marketing communications to help define the go-to-market strategy by providing key product and market insights. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product and service offerings, occasionally working to support the sales channel and key customers.
You will keep a pulse on market trends and challenges, key competition, and drive revenue growth with scalable products and services. You will be responsible for defining and evangelizing the cloud service roadmap and turning it into reality.
Sentry is part of the Open Solutions division within Fiserv offering multi-charter solutions to banking and credit union clients in a shared services model. Its mission is to provide a robust portfolio of managed IT services to enable financial institutions to be nimble in a technology landscape that is constantly changing. By providing sophisticated talent and tools, combined with Fiserv’s deep expertise in financial services we can provide services geared toward all the demands put on financial institutions. •Multi layered Cyber Security
As a Product Manager, you can look forward to:
•Identifying market opportunities, building a business case, and defining product vision and strategy for managed cloud services tied to Azure platform.
•Working with customers and account managers to identify the most prevalent market problems and translating into product roadmap requirements.
•Knowing why we are winning in the market, identifying opportunities, and driving changes to our product and processes to create improvement.
•Keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends and develop strategies to ensure products and services stay relevant.
•Understanding key competitors and how we position our products and services against them.
•Identifying gaps and new product opportunities based on market needs and emerging trends.
•Managing pricing and packaging of products and services.
•Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, lead, and execute roadmap.
•Developing a three-year roadmap for your products and services to illustrate our vision and plan into the future. Translating quarterly roadmap vision into execution plan and communicate with key stakeholders.
•Serving as the internal and external evangelist for your products.
You’re the kind of person who:
Has a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. You also enjoy spending time in the market to understand market problems, and finding innovative solutions for the broader market. You have product management experience and experience with cloud computing/cloud services.
Required qualifications for consideration:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in product management.
•Experience with cloud computing/cloud services.
•Ability to travel 25%-50%
•Flexibility to travel to work with US-based and offshore teams if needed.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
•Managed services experience.
•Expertise in launching new products and working collaboratively with executive management, sales, operations, marketing, training, and support functions.
•Working knowledge of product management practices within Pragmatic Marketing framework.
•Pragmatic Marketing certified.
