What does a great Senior Implementations Analyst do?
The Implementation Analyst plays a meaningful role in the delivery of our card personalization product solutions to our new and existing client base. You will partner with multiple teams within the organization and external clients in leading key activities to ensure their card fulfillment needs are met on time and in accordance with the client requirements.
As a Senior Implementations Analyst, you can look forward to:
Analyzing and determining business requirements and providing detailed specifications to programming.
Providing hands on involvement in projects that require problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Providing broad corporate insight and understanding of different content management processes across financial and non-banking entities with a demonstrated understanding of how financial services organizations perform content management.
Identifying customer specific advantages that will help contribute to a unique business value offering and deliver consultative solutions that fit.
Recognizing and articulating customer business requirements and develop the corresponding proposal design.
Working in a strong structural environment that relies heavily on your communications skills (written and oral), presentation skills and ability to effectively react in dynamic, customer facing situations.
Operating and working as a team that shares knowledge within the workings of a broad range of financial institutions, healthcare, telecommunications, biller, print, mail services and processes.
Communicating progress and any potential problems to manager/project for awareness and/or resolution.
Using independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines.
Solving problems using standard procedures and precedents.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, technology, and/or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years’ experience with financial institutions or technology vendors servicing financial institutions.
3+ years’ experience in business analysis and implementation of software solutions, ideally in a similar solution area, to comprehend and effectively connect with multiple functional groups.
Experience with the in any of the following industries is preferred: printing, card manufacturing, digital solutions, mailing and related services as they are sold in practical manner to specific industries, such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, and Telecommunications.
Experience or ability to quickly acquire in depth knowledge of multiple product lines and relevant markets.
Experience indicating ability as an independent problem solver able to solve problems without precedents or guidelines.
Ability to learn internal web-based tools, as well as knowledge of Word/Excel and other Office products.
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
Experience leading small to medium sized projects including ownership of all associated issues, tasks, and prioritizations.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the client and internal staff.
Strong sense of accountability and follow through, effective problem-solving skills as well as a commitment to positive solutions and the client experience.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
