What does a great Product Delivery Analyst do?
You will be part of the Card Services Issuing Fraud team, and will be responsible for engaging large Financial Institutions as they deploy and manage one of the most exciting solutions Fiserv is bringing to market.
This solution is the foundation for a Financial Institution’s fraud mitigation strategy, augmenting the human element by using cognitive AI and Machine Learning to identify evolving threats and aiding the client with quick and detailed rule definition and execution. The culminating result is an increase in approved sales for the consumer, more efficient processing for the Financial Institution with lower fraud losses through the use of one of the most innovative fraud systems in the industry.

As a Product Delivery Analyst, you can look forward to:
Solving our client’s needs with highly sophisticated systems that our clients will continue to evolve with over time.
Assisting large Financial Institutions in launching new Fraud solutions.
Providing ongoing support to client inquiries regarding best practices to mitigate evolving fraud trends using Fiserv systems and processes.
Offering feedback to the Product organization on recommended improvements to the solution.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year Fraud experience.
Minimum of 2 years client service experience (prefer experience interfacing with financial institutions).
Ability to travel 10-15%.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Ability to troubleshoot, navigate complicated systems.
Ability to maintain emotional intelligence in situations when working with internal and external partners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work with both technical and business partners.
Able to quickly learn a highly complex solution and demonstrate critical thinking to apply those learning to solve for business issues.
Comfortable in a fast paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Role may be performed remotely in the United States; not eligible in Colorado.
