Job Responsibilities:

You will be managing a group of existing installed clients and expanding our business partnerships with them as well as spending some time focusing on business development and driving new business selling within the FinTech environment, specifically focused on banking and payment solutions. We are positioned as the ‘Payments and Fintech  business solutions provider’ of choice in Australia having already built an innovative, differentiated product suite capable of leap frogging competitors’ offers. Customised, industry specific solutions to strengthen our value proposition in these markets and differentiate our solution from those of our competitors, are constantly being added to our portfolio.

You should be an accomplished contributor who possesses knowledge and experience in pitching and presenting to large enterprise clients on direct acquiring and issuing processing contracts (license, outsource and/or managed services model) for the Financial Services/Fintech industry, while also possessing in-depth knowledge and experience in client/s facing account management with a proven track record of delivery of high performance.

The incumbent must be excited to manage an existing portfolio of clients with view to maintain the highest level of support and also to review new opportunities with these clients to generate new additional revenue.


  • Strong experience in Payments, at a management level and a record of top performance(Preferred)
  • Great Negotiation, listening skills and ability to quickly become a trusted resource for decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation skills – you’re articulate and confident when liaising with stakeholders.(Preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and a great team player.
  • Delivering Annual In-Year Revenue and Multi-Year New Sales Revenue
  • Build strong pipelines and ensure regular weekly update of all opportunities
  • Understanding local and regional payment products, the competitive landscape, local regulations and complimentary partner services
  • Assisting on large, strategic, multi-product, complex business opportunities
  • Identifying new market segments for Fiserv to expand into
  • Work as part of a team, including sharing feedback and insights to help improve the overall performance.
