Job Purpose

Up to 3-4 years of technical product support with detail orientated

•           Experience operating with one or more file-delivery application such as



          c.Connect Direct (Nice to have)

•           Windows 2008, 2012 experience is a must knowledge

•           Experience with scripting languages and techniques used in file delivery applications

•           Ability to analyze automation scripts to determine failure and a path to resolution

•           Experience operating in a trouble-shooting environment with tight SLAs

•           Ability to make decisions without management oversight to resolve client issues

•           Experience to handle telephonic calls with both internal/external clients to resolve problems

•           Good Documentation  skills

•           Good interpersonal skills & team player
