What does a great Implementation Consultant do? As a WireXchange Implementation Consultant, you can look forward to interfacing directly with our financial institution clients (banks and credit unions) to ensure understanding of purchased product features and options, facilitate the implementation process, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Throughout the project, provides expertise to answer questions and guide the client in the use of the system.
Work with clients to perform business process analysis and help them determine how best to use the product in their environment.
Gather, translate and set up client business requirements for integration/customization with WireXchange technology solutions.
Support the client through all phases of the implementation project.
Create and monitor implementation timeline, work with WireXchange trainer to schedule and monitor training requirements and report project status to management.
Train and consult with new and existing clients through training classes in small and large group settings, as well as one-on-one product coaching and web-ex / Internet channels.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration: The qualities that the Implementation Consultant would generally possess include the following:

Ability to analyze, organize and solve problems using learned techniques and tools with minimal supervision.
Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Knowledge of industry project management best practices and how to apply that knowledge to projects (PMP is a plus but not required).
2+ years’ experience in the banking, credit union industry or financial software industry (wire experience is a plus).
3+ years’ experience performing business process analysis services (preferably in the financial industry or financial software industry).
Proven client-facing skills (presentation, training, facilitation experience).
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast pace environment (flexibility, versatility, dependability).
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

Preferred Associates Degree or higher in related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
Ability to understand, apply and explain concepts.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and operational awareness of presentation equipment (preferably using a web training tool, such as WebEx or Skype).
Knowledge of adhoc reporting or standard query language (SQL).
Requires human relations, team, and documentation skills with high attention to details.
Technical experience/background a plus.
Travel required: Percentage/frequency of travel – 5 – 10%
