Responsible for creating new, modifying existing ad-hoc reporting in support of business processes and data-driven -decision making. Develops an understanding of the business/customer and builds strong relationships with stakeholders
• Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that arise from business activities and the job role
• Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
• Facilitates business projects of moderately complex size and visibility by defining the business problem and
identifying data requirements
• Contributes to the development of moderately complex business solutions which include data, reporting,
business Intelligence or analytics
• Leverages working knowledge of multiple data structures and sources to perform complex data manipulation
using standard data extraction and analytical tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Escalates suggestions for improving reporting processes.
• Ensures that operational reports are complete and provide accurate data to enable business functions to run
day to day operations

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of degree
• 3 years of workday reporting experience
• 3 years in data analysis/extraction, data management and/or data reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge in creating Advanced, Matrix and Composite Workday Reports
• Advanced knowledge in building complex calculated field.
• Workday Pro certification
• Advanced knowledge with Workday Dashboards, Worksheets, Prism and Discovery Board.
• Proficient in using the Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), BIRT and Workday Studio.
