What does a Senior Proposal Manager do at Fiserv?

Provide overall strategy management and direction of the proposal process, ensuring all defined timeframes are met
Ensure proposal responses are compliant and in accordance with the RFP specifications and Fiserv standards

What you will do:

• You will work with financial institutions including large banks, financial institutions, and credit unions.
• You will interface with the "deal team", including sales, proposals, SMEs and executive leadership to complete different types of RFP's.
• You must have exceptional proposal management skills in both project management and writing.

What you will need to have:

• Minimum five years’ experience in a financial services (or similar field) fast-paced proposal environment responding to financial institutions RFP's
• Product knowledge in account management front/back-office functions, including: New Account Opening, Compliance and Fraud, Internet & Mobile Banking, Content Management, Deposits and Loan Origination
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field "on the job" experience

What would be great to have:

• Proficient in Shipley processes & standards and Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certification a plus
• Experience managing ad hoc independent assignments, updating content database info, maintaining a consistent brand through the creation and use of templates, presentation materials, graphics and supporting tools
• Proficient with RFPIO or similar proposal automation software tools
