As a product marketer, a lot of my responsibility is around the go-to-market activities of a new or existing product. Our goal is to increase awareness of the product; make sure that we’re educating our clients about the value, why they should get it, how is it going to help their end-users. What does a great Client Technical Support Professional do?

As a Client Services Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for full credit key clients, providing operational and tactical support for the credit card platform, as well as its ancillary products and services. You‘ll network and partner with multiple business areas throughout the organization, acting as a liaison between the client and Fiserv’s internal partners. In this role, you can expect to:

  • Maintain ownership of client related inquiries and issues as it pertains to their credit card program and engage the appropriate resources in order to ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Provide contact through telephone support and simulate or recreate problems to provide resolution to client for operating difficulties.
  • Discuss problems or inquiries with other department personnel and offer technical assistance, insuring proper handling and follow-up.
  • Communicate customer suggestions for enhancements and insure proper handling and follow-up.
  • Document problems and corrective actions/procedures in tracking software.
  • Work with development staff to determine problem solutions.
  • Attend on-going training to achieve level of technical skill needed to solve more complex problems.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • One to three years of experience in the financial services/banking field interacting with clients.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education

  • Experience in bankcard/credit card processing a plus

Travel required: Percentage/frequency of travel 5%
