Job Description

What does a great Marketing UX Designer do?

Fiserv’s Global Business Solutions is looking for a Marketing UX Designer to manage the design and experience of our digital presence. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital marketing, is highly strategic, a team player, and obsessive with finding improvements in usability. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, this individual will manage the UX design of various web properties, email campaigns, and sales technology products, such as Clover Catalyst.

You're the kind of person who can manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have excellent communication skills - including listening and presentation skills – and can work across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technology) to drive innovation and results.

In This Role, You Can Expect To

• Produce world-class digital prototypes that challenge the status quo and capture the imagination of stakeholders across the organization.
• Partner with product managers and produce wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, and site maps.
• Investigate and interpret user experience design requirements for our various digital experiences and marketing assets.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
• Test UI elements such as various page layouts, banners, and call-to-actions for acquisition landing pages, with a focus on improving conversion rates.
• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze user behavior and minimize friction.
• Adapt various designs to a variety of different device types, such as mobile and tablet.
• Ensure brand and ADA compliance guidelines are upheld on all deliverables.

Travel - 10% post pandemic

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

• 5+ years of experience in digital design
• 1+ years marketing agency experience
• 1+ years of experience working with clients in Financial Services or highly regulated industries
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• An intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about the payments industry and marketing technology.
