As a product marketer, a lot of my responsibility is around the go-to-market activities of a new or existing product. Our goal is to increase awareness of the product; make sure that we’re educating our clients about the value, why they should get it, how is it going to help their end-users. Job Overview:

Provide assistance to banking customer inquiries regarding online Bill Pay service, eBills, etc.  This team works directly with our billers and payees to research payment receipt, confirm correct payment addresses for checks, investigates fees that may have been assessed and responds to the biller and/or payees with their findings. We want our customers to receive a WOW experience.  We want someone who has the ability to be an active listener and is able to express empathy to the customer.


•High School Diploma or GED is Preferred

Job Related Experience:

•One year customer service experience and/or one year call center experience

•Solid internet navigational skills are needed

•Good verbal and written communication skills

•Experience with an online bill pay service is a plus

Pre-employment background, credit, and drug screen are required.
