Business Process Analyst

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be driving continuous improvement culture change through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy and visible hands-on leadership. You will be involved in ensuring that defined and planned process are properly followed by projects/services in GS Costa Rica, impacting the quality of products we deliver to our customers.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Collect GS Costa Rica team metrics, and generated necessary reports/dashboard.
Maintain GS processes up to date by incorporating feedback received by teams or SQA group.
Assist the team in different training activities.
Be part of processes revamp initiatives.
- Education: Systems engineering or Industrial Engineering Bachelor degree. and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience required.
- Experience in software development companies.
- Experience with different Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Process Improvement methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Experience in KPI management and development of dashboard performance metrics
- English level B2
Preferred Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Six Sigma: Yellow Belt.
