Responsibilities
The Settlement Controls and Solutions team supports the daily settlement activities such as: Cash Management, Reconciliation, Exceptions and Audit and Controls. The team is responsible for identifying and processing Personal Identification Number (PIN) debit exceptions, identify trends to determine when issues occur and creating ways to resolve/prevent them.
What does a successful Treasury Settlement Analyst do at Fiserv?
You will be tasked with learning the processes handled within the team, resolving out of balance situations, working through escalations, and driving positive change to processes and tasks we support.
What you will do:
Review large volumes of data involving Personal Identification (PIN) debit exceptions and identify issues.
Process PIN debit card adjustments within and mitigate the potential operational loss of handling exceptions within each of the PIN Debit Networks, obtaining an overall understanding of the process.
Analyze data to decrease the amount of exceptions and become proactive rather than reactive with inventory.
Identify opportunities for enhancement to existing processes, working with the appropriate Team Associates implement solutions, creating controls and procedures for new business, as needed.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years’ experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping, Finance, Treasury or Banking or Data Analytics/Metrics
Experience in Microsoft Excel
What would be great to have:
Proficiency Microsoft Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint
