Job Description
What does a great Service Manager/Account Manager do?
The Client Technical Support (Tier 2)/Account Manager may be primary or escalation point of contact for resolving both internal and external issues. Responsibilities include all operational support such as boarding, account maintenance, project support, system enhancements, certifications, implementations/product solutions, alert/communications, association releases/regulatory changes, equipment/software, third party liaison, new business, financial audits/analysis.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
4year degree or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of progressively responsible industry experience in a customer facing role.
Knowledge of Original First Data’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas a plus
