What does a great Business Analyst II do?
As a Business Analysts II you will support credit/debit dispute partnered/sponsored projects. Your main tasks will include understanding the project and how it impacts the Dispute Team/Systems.  Documenting detailed requirements, documenting impacts to the process, analyzing the change, managing the project from Discovery to Post implementation, managing and updating project documentation, and acceptance testing.  To success in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.   This role would focus on project management, communicating updates to leadership, ensuring project stays on track, managing issues for all levels of projects

Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Basic qualification
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to meet SLAs for resolution
• Identify problem and resolutions
• Create/Update complete documentation for issues tracking
• Must be able to communicate clear and concise information to various departments consisting of IT, Business and Management

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Knowledge of excel, word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Analytical
• Resourcefulness
• Independent thinker and problem solving
• Works well as independent contributor as well as within team environment
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

Travel required: Possible/Less than 10%
