Job Purpose:
What does a great Project Analyst - Billing Systems do?
As a Project Analyst - Billing System you will be responsible for performing project management related tasks for the billing application. You will be the subject matter expert on billing system technology changes and will be responsible for consultation, testing and post implementation support.
As a Project Analyst - Billing Systems, you will be able to:
- Participate in discovery meetings for new products and services and guide teams to efficient billing solution
- Document/contribute to business requirements
- Develop and execute test plans and test scripts
- Support post- implementation activities and analysis
- Communicate project status across various teams
- Perform data mining activities using various tools, including DSS, MSA and Merchant Manager
- Perform analysis on data in support of testing activities
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years project experience supporting financial systems
- Knowledge of the payment processing industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications (ie: Word, Excel, Access)
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, offer solutions and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
- Project Management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage many projects and work simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate across teams and functions with technical and non-technical staff
- Ability to collaborate with the Technology organization (developers and TCOE teams)
