As a Product Manager, you can look forward to:

• Imagine, define and document product vison, requirements and effectively communicate these to management, business and technical staff.

• Managing, tracking and reporting product line or product feature performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.

• Coordinating product priority decisions in concert with cross-functional teams.

• Coordinating internal and external product communication and information across product line and partner organizations.

• Managing product development and improvements including road map and statement of direction across product line.

• Establishing and maintaining awareness and understanding of customer and market needs.

• Developing business cases to support new product recommendations.

• Managing issues throughout the product development process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and partner communication.

• Acting as a primary negotiator between internal departments and clients to resolve issues.

• Serving as product expert and liaison to Sales teams in multiple regions.

• Representing Fiserv and the product at industry and community events.

• Making decisions that have direct impact on the end result of the business unit.

• Having frequent contact with internal and external customers.

As a Product Manager you should have these qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years experience in a product leadership role in the finance, software development or a FinTech industry

• Bachelor's Degree, Masters or Equivalent in a relevant discipline

• Additional languages such as Spanish, French and/or Italian a definite advantage

• Knowledge of the payments industry highly desirable

• Experience with API management and data analytics highly desirable
