As a Product Manager, you can look forward to:
Imagine, define and document product vison, requirements and effectively communicate these to management, business and technical staff.
Managing, tracking and reporting product line or product feature performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.
Coordinating product priority decisions in concert with cross-functional teams.
Coordinating internal and external product communication and information across product line and partner organizations.
Managing product development and improvements including road map and statement of direction across product line.
Establishing and maintaining awareness and understanding of customer and market needs.
Developing business cases to support new product recommendations.
Managing issues throughout the product development process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and partner communication.
Acting as a primary negotiator between internal departments and clients to resolve issues.
Serving as product expert and liaison to Sales teams in multiple regions.
Representing Fiserv and the product at industry and community events.
Making decisions that have direct impact on the end result of the business unit.
Having frequent contact with internal and external customers.

As a Product Manager you should have these qualifications and experience:
5+ years experience in a product leadership role in the finance, software development or a FinTech industry
Bachelor's Degree, Masters or Equivalent in a relevant discipline
Additional languages such as Spanish, French and/or Italian a definite advantage
Knowledge of the payments industry highly desirable
Experience with API management and data analytics highly desirable
